What is a sliding scale?
It is a flexible pricing model that invites you to choose what you pay within a set range. It recognises that access to care is not equal for everyone, and that our financial capacity can shift over time. I use a sliding scale because I believe safe, caring touch should not be a luxury, it is a necessity and something many of us are quietly hungry for. When the nervous system is met with steady, respectful attention, it softens. The mind slows. And the effects ripple outward into families, workplaces, friendships, and community. Yet therapeutic bodywork is often priced in a way that makes it inaccessible or undervalued. My intention is to widen the doorway while honouring the depth of this work. If you are feeling resourced and value this work deeply, I invite you to choose from the higher end of the scale. If your financial reality is tighter, you are welcome to choose from the lower end. Many people find a number naturally arises that feels right, I encourage you to trust that instinct. Payment is made after your session, so you can rest knowing that what you choose to give does not influence the quality of care you receive. This model is an invitation into trust, generosity, honesty, and non-judgement, the kind of culture I want to live and work within.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
This work is held in a space of mutual respect, trust, and care.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I ask that you please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can easily make changes through the booking system, or you’re welcome to contact me directly.
I understand that life happens, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Clear and timely communication is always appreciated.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The connective check-in and integration space before and after your massage are an essential part of the work and it will be the touch time that reduces- pricing remains the same.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice impact me and the sustainability of this practice. As I do not take payment in advance, I rely on shared responsibility and integrity.
In the case of a no-show or late cancellation without clear communication and ownership, I reserve the right to decline future bookings. This is to ensure that the container remains respectful and reciprocal for all involved.
Thank you for honouring the time, energy, and care that goes into holding this space.
Myofascial &
Relaxation Massage

These one-on-one sessions offer slow, grounded touch designed to support physical release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.
Myofascial massage works with the fascia, the connective tissue that holds the body together, using gentle, sustained pressure and deep listening. Relaxation massage invites softness, ease, and a sense of being held.
Sessions are unrushed and responsive, allowing the body to guide the work rather than following a preset routine. This is bodywork as a conversation, quiet, attentive, and deeply human.
Available in-home, in accommodation, or in a studio space in Marahau and Motueka Valley.
Infinity Massage Session

Healing does not move in straight lines, nor does it always fit neatly into a clock. The Infinity Session is an open experiment in spaciousness, a generous container for those who feel a deep call to connect with themselves in a supported and intentional way.
This offering includes extended time for listening and thoughtful questions to shape a session that truly meets your needs. There is a minimum of two hours of massage time, with up to three hours available. This allows us to go ever deeper into specific areas of the body that are calling for attention, or to work more expansively than is possible in a 60–90 minute session.
Because myofascial work moves slowly, it does not aim to “cover” the whole body. Instead, it offers rich, devoted presence to the places that are ready to soften and shift.
There is also time to wander the land, to sit, to journal, or simply to let everything settle and integrate. You might think of it as your own personal half-day retreat, abundant space to be heard, seen, and felt.
Private Immersion Experience
Sometimes what we most need is a little space away from the noise of everyday life.
A Private Immersion is a gently held personal retreat, a time to be listened to, nourished, and supported in reconnecting with your own inner clarity through conversation, bodywork, movement, and nature.
It is an one-to-one, gently facilitated retreat experience designed to support you in whatever may be alive in your life right now. It can be a time to process challenging feelings, to sit with a life transition, to celebrate something meaningful, or simply to take a restorative pause away from the responsibilities of everyday life.
These experiences are spacious, intuitive and shaped around you.
My role is to hold a grounded and attentive space that supports you in reconnecting with your own inner knowing and wisdom.
A Private Immersion may include elements such as:
-
attentive listening and reflective questions to support clarity
-
journal prompts for personal exploration
-
therapeutic massage
-
gentle yoga or somatic movement
-
meditation or quiet presence
-
time in nature
-
nourishing shared food
Each immersion is created in conversation with you and unfolds at a pace that honours what your body, mind and heart are needing most. Think of it as your own personal retreat day, held with care, presence and respect for your process.
If you feel the call for this kind of dedicated space, you are warmly welcome to reach out and explore what shape it might take for you.

Private Group
Wellness Experiences
An intimate wellbeing experience for small groups of friends or colleagues who wish to slow down together.
A space to reconnect with yourself and each other.
These gatherings bring together 2–4 friends or colleagues for a half-day or full-day wellbeing experience designed specifically for your group.
They may include:
-
massage sessions
-
nourishing shared meals
-
ceremonial grade cacao
-
heart-centred sharing circles
-
spacious time to rest and integrate
These experiences can take place at your home or at the countryside venue where I live.
If your location has a sauna or spa, we can weave that into the flow of the day as well.
These gatherings can be for women’s groups or mixed groups of friends or colleagues, a beautiful way to slow down together and reconnect. Because wellbeing is often more meaningful when experienced in community.
Gatherings, Yoga & Community Events
A Space for Shared Wellbeing.
Some experiences are simply better when shared.
Alongside my bodywork practice, I love creating spaces where people can come together to move, rest, connect and nourish themselves in community. These offerings take many forms, from yoga sessions, workshops, retreats, to small group wellbeing experiences. All of them are grounded in the same values that guide my massage work: slowness, presence, curiosity and care.
Some events will be hosted or co-hosted by me, and others by inspiring practitioners within the community. My intention is to cultivate a rotating tapestry of offerings that nourish body, heart and spirit.
If something here sparks your interest, whether as a participant or facilitator, I would love to hear from you.
Yoga Offerings
Yoga has been an intrinsic part of my life for many years.
I spent several years teaching full time for multiple studios, retreats and recreation centres.
What I cherish above all else is people inviting me to teach from their need for this grounding and enlivening practice.
My background includes training in Vinyasa, Yin, Hansa and Kundalini yoga, though these days I feel most drawn to practices that invite depth, gentleness and deep listening to the body. In my yoga sessions you are encouraged to move in conversation with your body, listening inwardly and allowing your own felt sense to guide how each posture is explored.
I can offer yoga at your studio space, event, workplace and from a community studio here in the Motueka Valley.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga feels like the yogic cousin of myofascial massage.
Through longer held, supported shapes we soften into the deeper connective tissues of the body, allowing space for unwinding, release and deep nervous system rest.
These sessions often invite a sense of profound stillness and connected bliss, a place where the body can truly exhale.
Slow. Spacious. Aware. Gentle. Deep.
Morning Flow
I also love sharing the kind of morning practices I regularly do that nourish the beginning of any day.
These sessions are slow, fluid full-body explorations that weave together movement, breath, and threads of yogic philosophy.
The intention is not intensity but awakening, through inviting the body and mind into a grounded, uplifted state to meet the day ahead.
I aim to create yoga gatherings that include time afterwards to share tea or food and connect with one another, because the sangha/community is as nourishing and vital as the physical practice itself.

Community
Teaching Space

Part of my vision is to create space for others in the community to share their gifts as well. My dream is a rotating monthly rhythm of offerings, where practitioners take turns sharing with the community.
The countryside venue I work from can host small group movement or wellbeing sessions, and I would love to see it become a place where different facilitators offer what they are passionate about, perhaps dance, qigong, yoga, meditation, or other nourishing practices.
If you feel inspired to:
-
attend gatherings
-
offer a class or workshop
-
collaborate on an event
-
or enquire about using the venue
Please reach out. I’d love to explore what might emerge together.
Retreats & Immersion Experiences

I have a deep love for bringing small groups of people together in intentional spaces of wellbeing and exploration.
Over the years this has taken many forms, including seasonal women’s retreats and collaborative retreats exploring themes such as intimacy, connection and embodied awareness.
In June 2026 I will be co-facilitating the next iteration of this work:
These retreats weave together practices that support presence, authenticity, connection and embodied exploration within a carefully held and respectful space.
