Our Vision
The Aroha Projects vision is to return to what is essential. It grew from a longing to live, work, and heal at a different pace.

Our vision is to create spaces where time softens, urgency dissolves, and people can return to themselves through presence, touch, and deep listening. We believe healing does not need to be rushed, fixed, or performed. It needs space.
The Aroha Projects is rooted in aroha, which is the te reo Māori word for love & compassion, honouring my maternal ancestry & a devotion to aroha as a living force. “Projects” speaks to love as an action & choice, something we tend & grow, what we cultivate within & consciously project outward.
These values & ideas shape every offering within the project, from bodywork - to retreats- to future collaborations. The Aroha Projects is a living ecosystem for slow, heart-led ways of being together. This is a collective dream of a more spacious, interconnected, and embodied world.
Future Collaboration Possibilities
The Aroha Projects is a growing space.
Alongside one-on-one bodywork, this platform is envisioned as a container for future collaborations, shared experiences, and collective offerings aligned with slowness, care, and embodiment.

Future possibilities may include retreats, group sessions, creative collaborations, and shared wellness experiences with practitioners, artists, and space holders who resonate with the values of presence, compassion, and deep listening.
If you feel called to collaborate, co-create, or explore shared visions, you are warmly invited to reach out.

I came to bodywork through a longing for slowness.
I was searching for a way of working with the body that didn’t rush toward outcomes, solutions, or performance and instead made space for listening. Over time, touch became a language for me. A way to meet people beyond words, roles, and expectations.
My work is guided by presence rather than technique. Each session begins by listening to what is alive in the body and allowing that to lead the way. I trust the intelligence of the body and the quiet wisdom that emerges when there is enough time and safety to soften.
I see bodywork as a relationship. A space where you don’t need to fix yourself or arrive in any particular way. Together, we slow down. We listen. We let the body unfold in its own rhythm.
What moves me most is witnessing people return to themselves, releasing tension, dropping stories, remembering their breath, their gifts, their aliveness. When there is space, something essential comes back online.
This is the space I offer.
About Myofascial Massage Therapy

Myofascial massage works with fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body.
Fascia connects the body as one whole system. When it becomes tight, dehydrated, or restricted due to stress, injury, or posture, it can create pain, tension, and reduced movement.
This style of massage is slower and more subtle than many other forms of bodywork. Often described as the “yin” of massage, myofascial release uses gentle, sustained pressure to rehydrate the tissue, restore movement, and support nervous system regulation.
Rather than forcing change, myofascial massage listens for what the body is ready to release — allowing change to happen naturally and safely.
